A few nights ago, I dreamt that I was in an underground waterway, but I was sitting at my kitchen table. All around me was dark, but my table was bright light and white. Under my table were small crocodiles swimming all around and they were actively trying to bite my feet.
When I woke up and prayed about my dream, I knew God was showing me about how the enemy was trying to attack my walk with him by bringing panic and fear. But then God led me to Psalms 23:5-6. It says “You prepare a feast for me in the presence of my enemies. You honor me by anointing my head with oil. My cup overflows with blessings. Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will live in the house of the Lord forever.”
The table in my dream represented the table from that verse. God was reminding me that I have authority to stomp on the plans of the enemy. I don’t have to be afraid. I even put on my son’s strong work boots as I prayed and declared that “no weapon formed against my family and I will prosper”. (Isaiah 54:17)
I encourage you to put on your boots today. Take authority over panic and doubt. Stomp on them! You are so powerful because of Jesus!!
